Growing up in a family of business owners gave me an early appreciation for systems, structure, and an innate drive to solve problems — the messier the better.
I studied Cyber Security at the University of South Australia, which grounded me in how systems are built, secured, and integrated. My career moved toward the operational side — working across CRM platforms, building integrations, and helping organisations get their processes into systems that actually run.
Most businesses don't have a technology problem — they have an operations problem. The tools exist, but nobody's wired them together properly. That gap is where I work best.
